Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Item Policy
We take great care while packing your order. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or partially missing product, we’re here to help.
To support a smooth replacement experience, we request an unedited opening video of your parcel.
Please share the video showing the sealed outer mailing envelope, full unboxing process and the damaged / incorrect item with us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@viez.in
Our customer care team will review your request within 1–2 business days, and may ask for additional photos or clips to complete verification.
Requests without an opening video will not be eligible for replacement.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
Since each piece is handled and prepared specifically for your order, we currently follow a no return, no refund and no exchange policy.
Replacements are provided only for verified damaged or incorrect items, after successful quality checks.
