Delivery Time
Once you place your order, it’s generally dispatched the next day.
Prepaid orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days once dispatched.
COD orders are usually delivered within 3-10 business days once dispatched
Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Delivery timeline may vary due to holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking
Live tracking status can be checked using the tracking link shared via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatching the order.
You shall in addition, receive all the updates via SMS and email along with the call on the delivery day.
Note: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information. Any discrepancy shall result in reshipping, incurring additional charges.
We understand some customers prefer COD payment method due to not having online payment options, so we offer COD service to accommodate their preferences.
COD orders are verified through call/text. If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the COD order would be automatically cancelled. Orders, once confirmed and placed cannot be cancelled. We provide free shipping for all orders PAN India. COD is an additional service we provide wherein the delivery agent collects the amount from the customer and transfers into our account. The courier service charges 50/- for each transfer. Therefore, COD service charges are 50/-. If you opt for prepaid method during checkout, there are no COD charges.
Any delivery-related disputes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
