Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged product/wrong product/incomplete/partial product, we require unedited package opening video with the damaged part clearly visible to replace it (within 24 hours of package been received). The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope. You can write us to [email protected] and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide you with the resolution. They can ask you for some pictures and videos of the shipment received, please assist them so that we can provide you with a better resolution for replacement.
We have a no return, no refund, no exchange policy.
